AI WORKFLOW & ADOPTION | HEALTHCARE + EDUCATION
Make AI useful.
Make work easier.
I help healthcare and education teams identify where AI and automation could reduce repetitive work, improve workflows, and make technology easier for people to adopt.
Start with the problem. Not the AI.

START WITH THE WORK
AI shouldn't create more work.
Your team may already be experimenting with ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools, or other AI platforms. But having access to AI and knowing where it actually belongs in a workflow are two different things.
The opportunity often isn't another tool. It's finding the repetitive work, unnecessary handoffs, manual reporting, duplicated data entry, document creation, and communication tasks that are consuming time—and redesigning those processes thoughtfully.
01
What takes too long?
02
What gets repeated?
03
Where are people doing work a system could assist with?
04
Where does human judgment need to stay in control?
Then we determine whether AI, automation, process redesign—or sometimes no technology at all—is the right answer.
HOW I HELP
A practical approach to AI.
You don't need to transform everything at once. Start with one real problem, understand the work, explore what could improve it, and help people succeed with the change.
01
FIND THE
OPPORTUNITY
Understand how the work happens today, identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks, and clarify where time and effort are being lost.
03
HELP PEOPLE
ADOPT IT
Explore where AI, automation, or process redesign could help, assess practical options, and identify what should remain human-led.
02
MAP THE
POSSIBILITIES
Translate new tools and workflows into understandable guidance, training, and support so people can actually use them.
START SMALL
Start with one workflow.
AI Workflow Opportunity Review
Have a process that takes too much time, requires too many manual steps, or simply feels harder than it should?
We'll walk through how the work happens today and identify where AI, automation, or process redesign could help.
You'll receive
01
Current-state workflow map
See how the work moves today.
02
Bottlenecks and repetitive tasks
Identify where time and effort are being lost.
03
AI & automation opportunities
Identify where technology could reasonably assist
04
Human review points
Clarify where judgement should remain in control.
05
Prioritized opportunities
Rank possibilities by potential impact and difficulty.
06
Recommended first pilot
Identify one practical place to start.
Start small. Solve something real.
The goal isn't to automate everything. It's to identify one worthwhile problem and determine the smartest way to improve it.
IN PRACTICE
Applied AI Projects
These projects show how I combine AI, automation, research, and human judgment to turn problems and ideas into practical solutions.
01 · WORKFLOW + AUTOMATION
Ready Set Pass®
Personalized Education at Scale
A personalized assessment product could quickly become administratively overwhelming if every response had to be manually scored, interpreted, translated into individualized guidance, converted into a report, tracked, and delivered.
I designed a structured workflow connecting assessment data to scoring, interpretation, personalized guidance, report generation, tracking, and delivery.

02 · AI ADOPTION + BUSINESS BUILDING
Building a Digital Education Business with AI
Building a new education business requires work across product development, customer experience, technology, marketing, website development, operations, messaging, and automation.
As a solo founder, I developed an AI-assisted way of working that uses generative AI as a research, strategy, problem-solving, and execution partner while keeping business decisions and final judgment human-led.
Microsoft Forms • Excel • Power Automate • Word/PDF • Rule-Based Personalization
The result: A repeatable system designed to transform assessment responses into individualized student guidance while substantially reducing the manual work required to create and manage each report.
Product Strategy • Website Development • Marketing • Workflow Design • Decision Support
The result: A human-led business being developed faster and more strategically through thoughtful use of AI.

03 · RESEARCH + PRODUCT INNOVATION
Dub Together
AI-Assisted Fan Experience Innovation
Starting from a broad innovation challenge, I used AI to research the existing fan-technology landscape, challenge assumptions, explore different user needs, test the originality of features, and refine a differentiated product concept.
The resulting proposal centered on inclusive personalization: instead of assuming how fans want to participate, let them choose—and allow AI to adapt the experience around that choice.
AI Research • Product Strategy • Inclusive Design • Competitive Analysis • Business Case
The result: A broad AI challenge became a researched fan-experience concept with a defined audience need, experience architecture, competitive context, success measures, and stakeholder presentation.
WHY ME
I understand the work before I recommend the technology.
I’ve spent my career working inside healthcare and education—as a clinical laboratory professional, educator, program and operations leader, and builder. That experience shapes how I approach AI: understand the people, the work, and the problem first. Then determine where technology can genuinely help.
01 - HEALTHCARE + LABOPRATORY
Clinical work meets workflow reality
25+ years as an MLS(ASCP), with hospital laboratory experience spanning bench work, supervision, quality, LIS workflows, validation, and implementation.
02 - EDUCATION + LEARNING
I know what adoption actually requires.
Years of teaching undergraduate, health-professions, and medical learners—along with developing educational programs, curriculum, and learner-support experiences.
03 - PROGRAMS + OPERATIONS
Ideas must work in the real world.
Leadership across healthcare, education, nonprofit operations, customer success, program development, implementation, and cross-functional initiatives.
04 - AI + DIGITAL BUILDING
I use the tools I'm helping others understand.
Hands-on use of AI, automation, workflow design, website development, digital marketing, product development, and AI-assisted research—with continued training in building with AI.
HAVE A WORKFLOW IN MIND?
What's taking too much time?
You don't need to know what AI tool you need—or whether you need AI at all. Start with the work that's repetitive, frustrating, or harder than it should be.
Start with the problem. Not the AI.
